Well, I'm continuing my 100% vegan diet with an emphasis on healthy raw foods after my 21 day Master-Cleanse and ran into something new - the s**ts! Literally!
I am getting a big delivery of organic produce once a week, and trying to eat as much as possible. I had fruit for breakfast and huge salads for lunch this week - lots of lettuce, broccoli, tomatoes, carrots, onions, etc. with a wonderful vegan caeser dressing. the day before yesterday I started feeling really sick and all that night I was running to the bathroom to do something that can best be described as a painful salt water flush without the salt water. Yesterday for lunch I ditched the salad and ate a vegan cheesesteak and fries. The diarrhea has stopped, thank God, but now I haven't gone to the bathroom for a full day. Today I had an eggplant/mushroom/tomato rice dish that was wonderful.
