At first, it tasted funny (never used it before). After a couple of days using soybean oil, I didn't even notice the taste. My teeth are cleaner, and I don't get headaches. If I miss even one day, all those nasty symptoms come back with a vengeance.
Pulling has helped greatly with my athletes foot and dry feet. I'm still having issues with the AF, but not as bad as it was a couple of months ago. I've been pulling since early December 2006.
My face is MUCH clearer and my sinuses don't gent stuffed at night, and my allergies are non existent. Sometimes, I pull for 5 minutes or even 2 minutes if I'm REALLY tired. The next day, I'm back to 20+ minutes of pulling.
I wish more people would pull. I've even mentioned it on another forum that I'm a member of...and some of the members are pulling too.
