Personally, I do not care to debate.

However, when you put something in a debate forum one needs to be careful of what one says.

Your first line The phases of the moon do not have any real significance.

Would be laughed at by every fisherman out there.

I can tell you from an electronics background that charge effects will indeed be different simply from the moon aiding or fighting the Sun's solar wind charge effects.

I have no clue as to what magnitude the effect might be.

So yes, the charge on bodies “will” be different.

In electronics we use the term “bodies” rather than “objects” for charge effects.

In this case “bodies” means both objects and human bodies.
