Re: anemia & benoite clay

Thanks for that info. I already take some of the stuff you spoke about but will try the rest. I have another question. The book I read for the arise & shine cleanse said if I had problems after the cleanse then I should resume the cleanse to finish what the body started. I didn't want to do this but after 3 years of suffering I thought it was my only hope. I was living overseas and didn't have guidence, thinking I needed it as I must have done something wrong. So i signed up for a cleansing retreat where they used the same type of ingredients, it was slightly different, doing only a 10 day juice fast with the same type of juice you mentioned. Anyway I had to pay for this retreat in Jan. but it wasn't until May. Meanwhile my doctor was so concerned about my condition she wanted me to get a colon scope done, so I did this in March. The doctor gave me the standard electrolyte solution to clean me out and used only gas and water during the scope no medicine or anything was used. Well just a few days after this my blood count shot up very quickly and it stayed until June. This was the longest time I maintained normal blood count activity. i was so happy even though I didn't understand what had happened. Then stupid me went to the retreat cause i paid for it and did the fast, once again drinking the benonite. Well about 3 weeks after this my blood count once again fell, I was devistated. It did reinforce the fact that it was the cleanse that gave me this problem. I've been racking my brain ever since trying to figure out what that doctor could have done during this colon scope to help me. I thought it was the electrolyte solution so I drank that again but that didn't work. Yesterday it hit me upside the head maybe it could have been the water he used in the scope. I'm sure he used distilled water. I know distilled water pulls out toxins, could he have rinsed away the benonite from my colon like this? I have had several colonics with only filtered water over the years but was wondering if I did a home colonic with distilled water could this help me? By the way they have tested me for prenicious anemia and I don't have that. They pumped me full of B-12 and iron with infusions in the vein which helped me feel much better and did raise my blood count but as soon as the therapy stopped the blood count would go back down in a few weeks. I will never use this clay ever again, never.
Also would it be good to do liver cleanses as well, I haven't done those since I got sick knowing that the liver dumps all your B-12 during flushing (normally replenishing in 24 hours) being afraid I could not replenish my B-12. Everything I take orally donesn't seem to have the effect on me as infusions. Through much effort I have managed to regulate my bowel movements which are very good at the moment and well formed, which to me is a sign that something good is going on.I have alot of pain in my body especially my muscles, perhaps lack of oxygen, or toxic liver don't know which just know when I was liver cleansing any pain I had went away.
Sorry this is so long but couldn't stop.
Thanks again,
Krista
