S.21 Funding Condums, Prevention

S.21 has just become available from Thomas. S.21 was introduced by Senator Harry Ried, Nevada, and others.

The problem is that the Gag Rule and Bush's other meddling with Women's Right To Choose, has caused family planning clinics to get less funding. There is more red tape, as the government has tried to reduce abortions. So operating a family planning clinic is more complicated, and more costly. Some family planning clinics throughout the worlds have cugt back staff, cut back hours and some have closed.

So gthe Anti Abortion measures have actually increased the demand for Abortion, by making family planning sevices less available. Maybe unintended. Maybe the master plan of the Anti-Contracptive Zealouts.

I have not read the 56 pages, and do not claim to understand the bil, yet. As I make progress, I will post back.

Apparently S.21 does nothing to aid to poor in other countries.

S.21 requires US Health Insurance companines to cover Pescription Contraceptives and devices. 

Is someone going to introduce thsi Bill in the House?

Which Congressmen will sign on as co-sponsors?

Which congressmen are on the fence, and should be contacts by more consitutents?
