Problem with down there

for awhile now ecspecially at night I get these urges that I have to pee really bad well at least that's the only way I can expalin it. they come and go and it's a very weird feeling. I don't feel it much during the day but alot at night. It's very uncomfortable...not painful.

I know it's not a bladder infection but I can't figure out what it is. Has anyone had anything similar???
