Hernia taping and other natural healing methods

I am going to try to get my hernia to heal naturally. I was wondering if anyone knows who do I go to to get the taping or the belt. It pushes out my abdominal wall midway between my belly button and the c-section, it is from a haematoma that fell out from that spot.
