having a party food on the same day as the flush, is definately not advisable. But I just ate it, and it did not cause me any grief.

The diarrhea lasts 6-7 hours usually. So the earlier in the morning, you take the CO, the sooner you will be done with it. It may last longer for different people. Everyone is different. Some ppl have said they had some pain, whereas I never had any pain. Only problem is the RUNS. I also get some nasty burps, which remind me that I have injested CO, but I get over it. I have NEVER vomited. While doing LF, I vomited most of the times..

Yeah, each time I try to have arnd 60 ML of CO. No more no less. My BMs after doing the cleanse become very dark brown.

I brought CO from a health food store which has detailed instructions on how to use it for a CO packs. It says it can be used internally also. I just made sure its organic, cold pressed, hexane free....

I used to get a lot of recurring  headaches. They are all gone. The flu season is here, and I haven't caught any cold yet.

Other things which I do, exercise, drink 1.5 L of lukewarm water( with lemon/honey) every morning, cold showers every day....
