What if sometimes we just want to be mad?

What if sometimes we just want to be mad?

On occassion, is it simply more damaging to our psyche to ignore our natural response?

Being and expressive person - does talking yourself out of anger not make it more stressful?

I mean, some people cannot be changed, nor their behavior. And their behavior is unpalatable and abhoring at times. Yet, later on they go back to being their usual selves: part of our circle of relationships.

Are we to simply pick up stakes and go without being angry?

Or are we supposed to just forgive or ignore others' insensitive remarks and actions, just because we know they will never change? (they won't)

It seems like a lot of work into building yet another wall to avoid anger.

Just pondering aloud...
