Confused....what is the best colloidal to purchase?

The more I read the more confused I become. I want to purchase some Colloidal Silver and take it routinely for my questionable lupus symptoms I am having.
I may eventually buy something to generate the CS, but for now I want to purchase the already made Colloidal Silver .
