hey...can somebody please help me with some suggestions on improving my diet. I want to cut some weight and shape up without going hardcore. Ive switched to drinking water/crystal light instead of soft drinks, ive stopped buying sweets(little debbies) when i go to the store, and ive started some basic exercises.
any tips or suggestions on 'healthier' foods to grab from the store? ..ive heard just the egg white without the yolk is good for you, non-fat yogurt ...anything else? ...if not, do you know of another forum for basic health/nutrition info.?
