Sounds like you are on the right track....OP is amazing isn't it? I used to apologize when I tell someone about it, now I have been told my attitude has changed. People say that I explain it with a tell tale "you'd be an idiot not to do it", kinda voice inflection and body language. I put it right up there with the top ten health cleanses of all cleanses.

Thanks for posting. I think Trapper is also attempting to remineralize, and I am hanging on every word he writes these days.
