They are all the same except for small personal preferences. As long as they have constant current control, DC operation. Auto shut off and stirrer is also usefull. I suggest getting a Hanna meter with any of them so you know for sure what you have.
Sometimes my silver turns out slightly yellow but it is probably due to the fact that my water is usually just under 3 uS. It should be under 2 uS of conductivity. Plus my silver is slightly above 20 PPM. Yellow is better than what Bob Beck ever used.
My most yellow batch saved someone from having their tonsils removed. He was in the clutches of the anti biotic Doctors. Conditions improved and then reversed almost instantly.
If your going to use the Bob Beck Protocol the Silver Puppy is great, if you have a Hanna meter. You just have to check it every once in a while until it reaches the desired PPM.
