options after root canal teeth extractions

Really confused and stressed. I have two coming out from the front. I am in my early 30s and dentures (even the partial ones suggested for me) put weight on other teeth, are uncomfortable, can cause bone loss and gum disease but then implants are bad especially for chronically ill people like I am (candida, hormonal issues).

Crown Bridges cut off good teeth on either side...

One dentist suggested an inlay in the back on the two teeth on either side of the extracted area. Not sure how strong that would be and if indeed that would cut up the good teeth only a little compared to what would be needed if one were to do a crown bridge.

Anyone in the same boat?

Super-stressed gal!
