I found magnesium citrate in my local grocery store yesterday. It was a liquid in a bottle similar to a soda and was lemon flavor. I think it cost about 2 bucks.

I have never tried it before but a friend of mine with constipation went to the local doctor and he gave him this stuff. My friend said he couldn't get away from the bathroom the next morning and went about 5 times ;-) Tweet
