thanks for the answer. My hubby ( 30 yrs) also has high cholestrol. It runs in his family too. He doesn't beleive in any cleansing, and thinks I go over-board by doing all these cleanses. ( liver flushing, castor oil etc)

He also does not have any other probs only slightly high cholestrol. Currently he is not on any meds. ( maybe because its not so high yet).

Glad you are looking for natural cures, and staying away from drugs, which are just suppressing the symptoms.

BTW, I am from Canada too.
