Great to see someone else experiencing this.....


In my experience,
After a year of fruitarian and on my 4th fast I started to experience these.... The conclusion I have summed up its too hot under the covers. We as individuals are permitting this fever due to raising the body temperature, wheather its to many covers and not enough cool air.

The other option I thought of was the possibility that it is our skin waking up. Finally being able to breath.
