Alien looking thing in BM!!!

OK, I did my first enema last night and passed a small BM. Nothing spectacular but I assumed it's b/c I didn't do the whole thing b/c I was afraid of doing too much my first time. Well today after a meal I had a BM and intertwined with it was this long thick ropey whitish alien looking thing and I'm really freaked out by it!! It looked like either stomach lining or like toilette paper twisted up into a rope with some bulges, twisted around the outside of my BM....Does anyone know what it is? It scared me.
