chelation of mercury

When I was a young boy (7 - 10) I had all my molars filled with metal (Mercury), and then all of the were drilled and filled with the white stuff. I use to be very skinny, but I fight with bloating a lot now, so I found your CHELATION information interesting.

But, I have one metal filling left in my teeth. When I was a kid (35 now) there were removed without any kind of special care.

Anyway, am I correct that you do not reccomend CHELATION for a person who has a metal filling?

I also have an infra red sauna and it is wonderful at helping with swelling, and joint pains, anxiety, and other odd condtions that like to spring up, is this because it is a form of CHELATION?
