when i was 14 i worked in a mexican restaurant in tulsa, oklahoma. i made the refried beans, the rice, the guacamole from fresh avocados and the chips and salsa from scratch. ah, the good ole days. oh yea, i rolled enchilladas, too. the chile rellenos came premade from the chains commisary. the restaurant? El Chico, out of dallas.
