Since you posted this on this site, I will respond.

Urine Therapy is the stupidest program I have ever heard of. It makes no sense at all. Drinking your own waste products, that your body has worked so hard to get rid of is insane. Putting acid back into your body is also insane.

The key word here is THERAPY. There are no facts to back up this program. I have never read or talked to anyone who improved their health drinking their own urine.

However there are many who have seen health improvements doing Oil Pulling and other detox programs.
