I make high PPM Colloidal Silver gel - it's very easy! It's good because it stays on the skin for longer. I get my supplies from an Australian source http://www.healthtronics.co.nz/ (They moved from New Zealand to Australia if you're wondering why it says NZ in the URL :-) but there should be suppliers all over the place!
