I had previously posted this but I will do it agin for you:

I had a bad nail fungus where the skin would start to pull away from the nail and when you pulled it off it hurt and even would bleed. That is completely gone and I had lived with it for years. A also had candida. I failed the spit test and now I no longer fail that. I also did my research on the ingredients and found nothing bad either. Good luck in your battles

What helped me was probio5. I still take it daily and live by it. I get it at nutritionspecialties.com
