I have completed several 14-19 day MC's, but have again reverted to poor eating habits. Each time, though, my "bad" habits are better than before! No more eating a 1/2 gallon of ice cream. I would like to be able to end my "affair" with cheese. I was out of town for training for a new job and gained 5 lbs. I stuck with salads I prepared in my hotel room most nights, but they provided continental breakfasts (fresh juice and muffins for me) and scrumptious buffet lunches every day! I have lost the 5 lbs, but want to reset my appetite before I head back down for training next Thursday. I've been toying with the lemonade off and on for the past week, but am starting today as my Day 1.

My goal this time is rather short. I'll need to take my meds to survive training, so I have to eat. However, I want to make better choices and be able to eat smaller portions without feeling like I'm "missing out". It's all about an attitude adjustment this time. I will stick to the lemonade until the 30th. Then I'll break with OJ on the 31st, and eat only fruits and vegees on the 1st. Then I'll be able to eat small mini-meals starting on the 2nd of Feb, the first full day of training.

Once I'm home, I'll go into a Liver Flush (I'll really need it after all the meds I'll be taking!) and back into an extended MC.
