There are Plant-based Cytotoxic Chemotherapy Agents. But not applicable to all forms of cancer, at least officially.
It would really depend on which chemical you are wanting to substitute AND what form of disease you are wanting to treat with a plant-based substitute - There are just too many Chemo Drugs being used to say that there is just one natural substance to use.
