Re: Proper treatment of root canals

Ok, i had a chat yesterday with my dentist. The fact that my dentist has a few amalgams in his own mouth is not a good sign, is it ?
Well, he hasnt much thought about all this amalgam health issue, so i didnt even bother to discuss root canals with him. Since this dentist is supposed to be very good and all and i got an appointment through a friend of mine, i agreed to one quick amalgam removal.

Today i woke up with a kinda puffy face and spaciness in my head, like i've been in a club all night. Im deciding if this is connected to amalgam or is it just something i "ate".

The composite he used is supossed to be one of the best: Ivoclar Vivadent is the company, Tetric EvoFlow/EvoCeram was the composite. Here is the link:

Torrie, what do you think, is this a good composite ? You can find the composition of it by downloading PDF file under products->Scientific documentation
