Hi, I agree with sandover that enemas can be an effective and low cost alternative to colonics in a cleansing program. But I'd actually like to see you have a complete physical exam by a naturopathic physician before you have the colonic or start using enemas. I'm concerned about the internal bleeding you have experienced in the past.

Do you know if you have any naturopathic doctors in your area?
