Breast Discharge - Clear - Right side

Help, as I am freaking out over this. I had it checked back in Sept., doctor also checked thyroid and prolatin levels. They both were fine. Took slide of the discharge from my right breast...only fat cells and few white cells found. He felt it was hormonal unbalance. I'm 55 years old and also had a mammogram and it was fine. But, to get up every morning with some clear discharge is unnerving!

I have no insurance and have to rely on healt dept.

I'm worried this might be cancer of the nipple area.

Anybody with same problem?
