Hi There, Glad you are open to helping yourself! I have been visiting this site for about a year. I had heavy metal chelation, not sure that it helped too much, I felt awful. After visiting different forums and trying endless different methods, the thing that has worked for me as far as being healthy again is the Moreless forum, in which you adapt your diet to a more alkalising one and make up an alkalising drink with some easy to get hold of stuff. Metals and modern day diet make us more acidic and quite often we will get candida issues with these. If we alkalise ourselves we help our bodies. If you think back to before modern day when people eat local seasonal and organic thats what we are trying to do now. Have a look into this and see what you think. Good luck Tweet
