Can worms cause headaches?

Hi RG, My daughter is a fit healthy 31 year old. She has a sensible diet and runs and swims. She has increasingly developed a tension type headache which also affects her eyes. She has been examoned by two opticians, and they keep changing the prescription of her glasses, all to no avail. The doctor has done blood tests and has not found anything amiss. He has put her on painkillers and a muscle relaxant. It helps when I massage her head and shoulders,and many spots on her shoulders and skull are very sore. Do you think it could be caused by worms?
