'cause basically I don't swear, always taught that it shows a lack of imagination and vocabulary. But frankly, no other word works as well as that one word. That's the one I use. All purpose. Fits. Crap doesn't replace it. Doo doo doesn't. No, if there is a good cuss word, it is....Shit.

And in fact, when I am working on my health, and I hit a sore spot I say "shit". And it stands for S ure H urt I ts T ense.

So when I get rid of all of that s.h. i. t. I'll be HEALTHIER.
