--answer-- what causes dandruf

Maybe we should First ask what Dandruff is ?

The Dictionary Claims it to be Dry whitish thin dry scales of skin on the scalp !

And this would seem to fit the idea pretty good !

So, it may be a condition whereas the scalp gets too dry, or may one say the scalp is Lacking in Natural Oils ?

So, if it is Lacking in Natural Oils, "WHY" may this be ?

What is Required for the body to have Natural Oils ?

What is required to keep the skin Soft and Moist --VS-- Dry and Scaley ?

In order to have Natural Oils, the body "MUST" have enough of the needed Alkaline Minerals present to make up these Natural Oils !

So, this may indicate that the condition of the body to become Dry and Scaley may be because of the body becomming too Acidic ?

Like when a person may get Psoriasis of the skin on many Different parts of the body, because of becomming too Acidic !

So, not only may the scalp have this problem as you have asked, but when a person gets Psoriasis, then they may have a Chronic problem over much of their body !

And a person may help correct this problem by applying some Good Quality ACV in a Dilute solution on their Hair or other parts of the body to Cause these parts of the body to hold more moisture and become softer etc !

For the ACV may help provide some of these missing Alkaline Minerals !
