how come humaworm have no fda approval?

hi!just wondering if humaworm is really safe to use...why doesnt it have FDA approval? are you sure that the product is completely safe and won't cause any harm in the body? i mean...wouldn't it harm other organs in the long run? if damage is done.. would humaworm inc be liable for it? thank you...just worried...
