OP/scar stuff -- with Mama Crow in mind

Hi, All --

I have this old scar on my chin from splitting it open several years back (don't ask!). Tonight I noticed that it has a few raised bumps on it. I have been OP with greater frequency later and it occurs to me that this may have stirred up some scar/old wound activity.

MC, I know that scars can take a long time to heal deep down and you said your incision site had been bothering you and you wondered if OP had anything to do with it. I wonder if maybe toxins are trying to leave the site or something. (My bumps were like little whiteheads, although I don't ever get whiteheads there -- weird!)

Wonder if anyone has some ideas or has had similar experience.

Separately, I added some cayenne pepper to my coffee ice cream this evening. Awesome. But, note to self: wash hands before removing contacts!
