Did anyone with HSV2 in mouth have cavities filled?

I felt the pain, and I knew I must have tooth cavities. Did anyone of you have HSV2 in mouth and got cavities filled? I have outbreaks every other day nonstop. In schooldays, I had worked in a dental office before, and all the dentists told us that if a patient has HSV1, tell the patient to come after the coldsore is gone. ( Unfortunately, no one ever has HSV2 in mouth came to our office back in those days that I don't know what to do now. ) The dentists told us that since the patients have to open the mouthes wide, the scars in the coldsore will break and they don't want the saliva suction or water hose outside got infected without their knowings, and it is hard to disinfect those parts.

Can anyone give me insight how to get a cavity filled without infecting the outside of saliva suction tubings nor water hose? I will disclose to a new dentist who doesn't know me, and not my old boss who is my regular dentist. Just in case some dentists just don't take me, I can suggest to them how to keep water hose from infected, and have cavity filled. Thanks.
