Actually, yes. Since I received it and have used it I have noticed that :( but it's not that bad. I'm thinking that some of the hairs are breaking at skin level rather than being pulled out from the root. I will probably still use it. I tried it on my cheek and owie! I think this epicare schtick will be limited to my upper lip only.
