Re: Day one is just the worst!

HI - i am on day 1 today also. this is my second time doing the Master Cleanse. the first time i did it for 10 days. this i plan doing it 10 days also (taking it one day at a time). i have a headache now. i remember having them the first time and having cold spells! but also remembering how wonderful i felt after day 7 might help me get through it! good luck to you!! let's keep in touch and help each other through!
