The difficulty I see, is a lack of admission of not knowing an answer in at least some cases. Without a full analysis of all factors, genetic, dietary, environmental & historical data for all of these, it is not possible to accurrately diagnose matters a small percentage of the time, let alone 100% of the time. One of reasonable skill would expect some of the advice to be on the order of "I apologize, I just don't know". Yet, this does not occur, but rather, in what appears to be an attempt at being all-wise and all-knowing, the forum host often has to invent colourful notions and stories, which, as has been pointed out, are frequently nonsensical.
