Re: poll question

Recognition...

Right now, for me, recognition of toxins.

Wherever they come from, whatever they are, we MUST stop the intake and clean out those that are stored.

Humaworm's R.G. made an interesting comment about 'starving the parasites' even before conducting a cleanse. He suggested eating only the best fruits and vegetables available...he may have included nuts, as well.

Possibly some juices, maybe light soups, a touch of the best oils, good water, for a day or two, would be a good way to begin noticing what improved health feels like. Then take back our favorites, a few at a time...watching when 'symptoms' reappear.

We are creatures of habit. We tend to hang onto what we think we 'like'...trying to kind of 'work around' them.

Better to eliminate all we possibly can, if only for one day, or half a day..to see what happens...what may really be the source of our ailments.

Including TV, road rage, anger of any kind, etc.

If we don't feel better, try it again another day making sure we get an appropriate amount of gentle exercise, fresh air under trees, pleasant conversation, freedom from soaps, a nice bath, and so on...maybe some grated raw beets for a good bathroom experience.

Something has to make us feel better.

Once we notice what those things are that make us feel better, we know to start gently building on those basics.

Recognition seems to be the key, from where I sit.

Good question, Trapper.
