First time pulling...
And I must say, what appeared was absolutely disgusting.
I'm trapper/kcmo's 16 yea old some, Will. Believe me, I'm a very lucky and fortunate person to be in that position. A lot of you know who he is, and know of his awesome knowledge and input on things, but I get to experience it firsthand.
I had braces on for almost two years, or it would have been two years this march. When my dad started getting on this oil-pulling thing, he told me that once all the metal in my mouth is out I should oil pul.
Well, I got my braces off this past wednesday, a very exciting day for me. Yesterday my dad set me up with some organic safflower oil, and I told him i would pull today.
Well, I did, and I'm totally convinced. What used to be a light amber colored liquid turned into what looked like milk: it was that white. Another thing I noticed immediately was that my teeth had gotten noticebly whiter, my gums were pinker, and my tonge had no plaque or white on it whatsoever but was as pink as can be.
There is so much more that my dad hs done for me healthwise, but this was truly an amazing experience. One comparable one at that was doing our ten lemon flush with pure horseradish and 180,000 btu ceyenne pepper. That was fun. You should ask him about that.
I am thoroughly satisfied, and am going to continue to oil pull. We'll see what my orthodontist thinks when we take pictures in february.
