I do suppose they can enter the blood, because I have found them [in small numbers] in semen samples. I have not seen these ones move, so I did not photograph them. I will keep an eye on them.
I guess I'm going to have to "bite the bullet" and do a blood sample analysis. I have one of those diabetic test kits, but so far I have been to afraid to use it.
