I will certainly give it a try & see how it goes. Im VERY excited to hear about the effects of Castor Oil on spurs & just went to the shops to buy some! I have some surgical strapping tape from when I had physio so I will tape the Castor Oil cloth onto the back of my neck with a plastic cover to prevent any leaking.
