thank you for posting that. i coulnd't help but notice that the there are many overlapping foods on the whole food glyconutrients list and the whole food orme list, among those on both are aloe vera, grape, carrot, algae, and shark cartilidge. thats quite interesting i think. in fact, most of those on the orme list are on the glyco list. tho the glyco list is much longer. here is the article, you have to scroll all the way down to find the list.
