Re: Acne after oil pulling.

"You know, now that I think about it ... my face broke out heavily when I first started oil-pulling. Big, hard, under-the-skin cysts (those painful ones.)

But, I never linked it to OPing ... duh ... it sure could be a necessary (albeit, uncomfortable)result.

Anyway, I have oily skin and to "treat" it I used a mixture of coffee grounds & coconut oil to exfoliate ... and I splashed with apple cider vinegar diluted with water.

Oh, and I kept OPing.

Now my face is better than its been in a long time.

Maybe others will have advice from which to pick & choose from."
