Re: --answer-- tap water-low blood pressure

Most likely it is the dehydration giving you LOW bp. The lesser the amount of water in the body, the lesser the blood volume can be , lesser blood volume will cause low b/p. Taking a hot bath will cause one to sweat, which causes you to lose water lessening the blood volume but also sodium which is very important to regulating b/p. I am sure you have heard of people with high b/p need to limit their sodium, because it can raise the b/p. Well, if you do not have enough sodium you will have low b/p.

I drink plenty of water everyday, but never without sea salt. My bp was very low and I had a weak pulse. Sea salt corrected it. It took a few months to build it up, but it worked and now it is gone.

It is possible that drinking too much chlorinated water stripped electrolytes out of your system in one of two ways. First drinking water that has no mineral content left will wash out the minerals in your body and second it is not replacing anything. Spring water, at least being natural should be somewhat balanced with some natural minerals, but it also will not strip out electrolytes with chemicals.
