old mirena out new in????

hey...im about to take out my first mirena next month. my kid is 7 now and i cant affort to have another one in next two years at least. i m considering a new mirena after this one has been removed. my doctor tells me that is not going to be a problem. but i want to be sure. other contraceptive options are not appealing to me. i dont know much about them but mirena is still the most simple and effective way to solve my issue.i didnt have any problematic side effects during this 5years, caused by mirena. im still not sure should i put another one the day i remove the old one. did anyone had mirena twice??? or what should one do after first mirena is out and u still need to be secure from pregnancy.
