have to stop pulling

me and my bf started pulling last week, and after 2 days of doing it he got sick both nights with upset tummy and diarea. he gave it a rest for 2 days, he was fine. then started again yesterday and as suggested did 2 5 minutes pull as the oil is already very foamy by 5 mins. and last night he was sicker then the previous nights.

he has horrible back pain which already tortures him all night long, adding the nausia and diarea to it is just too much.

im going to keep doing it as i feel fine. i dont feel anything super positive yet other then great oral improvements already. ive actually been very tired the last few days. today is better.

hopefully he will be intersred in starting again once his back is doing better, but i guess its not very interseting when knowing that it will make you sick. im glad we did try the oil pulling before doing the cleanses, because i have a feeling those wll make him super sick too. Tweet
