enameled cast iron-healthy?

I was considering purchasing a cast iron pan then I ran into the enameled cast iron. The inside of the pan is also
"coated" with a clear coat of something (? not sure what) the company is LeCruesset (spelled wrong?)
anyway does any one know if this is a healthy pan to cook with?
