isp?

Hi there,

can anyone recommend a good ISP? I'm in Canada, and use Sympatico highspeed now. It comes out to about 60.00  -which seems a lot- and then we're using Bell too much.( for most phone service) I'd like to shift to another (cheaper/better?) service provider, and maybe start using Jajah for the phone(sp?). Any ideas? Also, If you have a better idea for the phone

(I need to call Mexico, so that's the big expense currently) I'd really appreciate hearing it.
