Re: Spousal Rape-Act of Control

Incorrect!  A rape crisis forensic team (psychologist, physician, investigator, and case worker) can easily pinpoint the symptoms of rape.  A victim does not need to present visible damage "Bruising, marks, cuts, etc.), " in order to be classified as a victim!

"Theres absolutely no way to differentiate between Rape and Heated intercourse."  Back in the 1970's that might have been an accurate statement, but today, crisis teams are quite capable of defining a victim of rape.

"If you file a Police report you'd better make sure theres actual damage" There is "actual damage!"  Please, consider:  dehumanization, objectification, humiliation, degradation, victimization, fear, and shame!  "Acutal damage?"  Please, sounds like something my batterer used to say while he was raping ME.
